QuickBooks Online IntegrationThe Colorado Artisan Group, LLC uses a private integration with QuickBooks Online to bring invoice and payment information into our internal operations system, so our team can see — per project — how much has been billed, paid, and remains outstanding.What it doesConnects to Colorado Artisan Group's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official, secure API.Reads customer, invoice, and payment information on a read-only basis. It never changes anything in QuickBooks. Is used only by Colorado Artisan Group's authorized staff. It is a private internal tool and is not offered to other businesses or the general public. Connecting or reconnecting Connecting the integration is performed by Colorado Artisan Group's authorized administrator, who signs in to QuickBooks Online and authorizes access. If access ever needs to be renewed, the administrator repeats this authorization.Your data and privacy Information retrieved from QuickBooks is stored securely on our own infrastructure and is never sold or shared with third parties. To disconnect:Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.Go to Settings (⚙) → Apps, or visit apps.intuit.com → My Apps → Connected apps.Find our internal integration in the list of connected apps.Select Disconnect and confirm.Once disconnected, the integration immediately stops retrieving any information from QuickBooks Online.
