This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including information we access from QuickBooks Online through our private internal integration.Who this applies toThis policy covers visitors to our website and the operation of our internal software integrations. Our QuickBooks integration is a private tool used solely by Colorado Artisan Group's own authorized staff to manage our own company's billing records. It is not a public application and is not offered to other businesses.Information we access from QuickBooks OnlineWith our own authorization as the account owner, our internal software connects to our QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official API and reads the following, on a read-only basis:Customers and sub-customers (jobs) — company and project names used to match invoices to the correct job.Invoices — amounts billed and outstanding balances per job.Payments — amounts and dates received.We use this information only to display, within our internal operations system, how much each job has been invoiced, paid, and still owes. We do not write to, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks. We do not access payroll, banking credentials, or any data beyond what is listed above.How we use this informationQuickBooks information is used exclusively for our own internal accounting, billing, and project-management purposes. It is viewed only by our authorized staff (for example, project managers, accounting, and administrators).How we store and secure itData retrieved from QuickBooks is stored in our internal database on infrastructure that we control. Connections to Intuit are made over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) channels. Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored securely with restricted access and are used only to retrieve the information described above.How we share itWe do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks information with any third party. The information stays within Colorado Artisan Group. Intuit is the source of this data; our use of it is governed by Intuit's terms in addition to this policy.Data retention and deletionWe retain this information as part of our ordinary business and accounting records. If we disconnect the integration, we stop retrieving new information from QuickBooks, and we will delete stored QuickBooks-sourced data upon request where we are not otherwise required to retain it.Website informationIf you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, and message) solely to respond to you. Our website is hosted on Wix, which may use cookies and collect standard analytics as described in Wix's own privacy practices. We do not sell website visitor information.Your choicesAs the QuickBooks account owner, we can revoke this integration's access at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps → Connected apps).
